Thank you for shopping at Cozy Nest Crochet (cozynestcrochet.com). We sell digital crochet patterns delivered by instant download. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Quick summary

  • Digital downloads are non‑refundable once any file has been downloaded or accessed.
  • If you haven’t downloaded the files yet, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • If a file is defective/corrupt, we’ll replace it or refund you.
  • For duplicate purchases or accidental double charges, we’ll issue a refund.

1) What you’re buying

  • Digital Products: Crochet patterns (PDFs, images, ZIP files) and any accompanying digital assets.
  • Delivery: After payment, you’ll receive an email with a secure download link (and/or an on‑screen link). Delivery is instant.

2) When refunds are not available

  • We cannot refund once any part of your order has been downloaded or accessed, because digital items cannot be returned.
  • Sale/discounted items, gift cards, and bundles follow the same rule—no refunds after download.

3) Eligible refunds

We’re happy to help in these situations:

  • Not downloaded yet: You may cancel and request a refund within 14 days of purchase if no files were downloaded.
  • Duplicate purchase/charge: We’ll refund the duplicate.
  • Technical issues: If a file is corrupted, missing pages, or you cannot open it after reasonable troubleshooting, we’ll replace it or refund you.
  • Wrong item purchased and not downloaded: Contact us promptly; we can exchange or refund on a case‑by‑case basis.

4) EU/UK right of withdrawal (digital content)

If you are in the EU/UK, consumer law provides a 14‑day “cooling‑off” period for most online purchases. This right does not apply once digital content is delivered if you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal. At checkout we request this consent. If you have not downloaded your files, you may exercise your withdrawal right within 14 days by contacting us.

5) Chargebacks & unauthorized use

  • If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve it quickly.
  • Filing an unwarranted chargeback may lead to account restriction.

6) Subscriptions (if applicable)

If we offer memberships or subscriptions in the future:

  • You may cancel anytime before the next billing date from your account or by contacting us.
  • Renewals are non‑refundable once the new billing period begins, but access remains until the end of the paid term.

7) How to request a refund or exchange

Email contact@cozynestcrochet.com with:

  1. Order number and the email used at checkout
  2. Item name(s) you bought
  3. Whether you downloaded any files
  4. A brief reason for the request (and screenshots if there’s a technical issue)

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

8) Our payment provider

Payments and taxation for digital goods may be handled by our payment partner (Merchant of Record). In some cases, the provider’s name may appear on your card/bank statement. Approved refunds will be processed by the same provider back to your original payment method.
